How We Test and Rank Every Product
This page explains, in plain language, how ReviewDailyHub builds its comparison guides and
rankings.
Our process
- Research the category. We look at what buyers are actually searching for and
comparing within a category (e.g. “best homecoming dresses under $100”) before writing anything. - Gather product data. We collect specifications, published pricing, stated
availability, and aggregated customer feedback from manufacturers and retailers. - Compare and score. Products are grouped and compared against each other on the
criteria that matter for that category — price, size/fit options, materials, features, or
verified ratings, depending on the product type. - Fact-check before publishing. Prices, specifications, and links are checked
against the retailer’s own page before a guide goes live, and prices are marked with the date they
were last verified. - Revisit over time. We update guides when prices, lineups, or our verdict change,
and note what changed and when.
What this is — and isn’t
Our guides are research-based comparisons, not always first-hand, hands-on product tests. We do
not claim to have physically tested a product unless that is explicitly stated in the article. Where
AI-assisted tools are used in drafting, every fact, price, and link is manually checked by our
editorial process before publication — see our Editorial
Policy.
Affiliate relationships don’t affect rankings
We may earn a commission on some links (see Affiliate
Disclosure), but this never determines which products are included or how they’re ranked.
